Fire Department

The mission of the Poway Fire Department is to reduce the loss of life and property from fire, medical, and environmental emergencies through education, hazard reduction and response. The Poway Fire Department is an all hazard, all risk response agency providing fire suppression and emergency medical services to the community by staffing three paramedic fire engines, a paramedic ladder truck, two paramedic ambulances, and one fire Battalion Chief. Proud to partner with the members of the community, the Poway Fire Department is committed to service above and beyond the call of duty.
