Many Ways to Pay Your Bill

 As of 3/24/2020, the city is unable to accept payments in person at this time. The safety and well-being of our customers and staff remain our foremost priority.

Payments can be mailed to our PO Box, brought to our drop box at City Hall, paid online via the Paymentus customer portal, or by calling (855) 570-0995 to pay by debit/credit card.  Please see below for more details and fees for debit/credit card transactions.

Automatic Payments by eCheck

eCare LogoFrom eCARE, select Automatic payments. This will forward you to a secure third-party website (Paymentus) that allows you to establish a payment account and payment schedule.

There is no cost to you to pay your water/sewer bill via direct withdrawal from your checking or savings account.

Credit Card Pay By Phone

Use our automated phone system to pay using your Visa or MasterCard (debit/credit card). This option is available 24/7. Please call (855)570-0995 and follow the prompts to make a payment. Payments are limited to $250 per transaction and a $3.95 service fee will apply for each transaction. Multiple payments will be required for bills over $250.

Drop Box

A drive-up payment drop box is located in the City Hall parking lot.  Customers are advised not to place cash in the drop box. Payments placed in the drop box are picked up weekday mornings during City Hall’s regular business hours at 8:00am- payments placed in the drop box after 8:00am will not be picked up or processed until the following business day.  This method is not recommended for customers at risk for a disconnection in service.


You can pay your water/sewer utility bill at the Customer Services counter at City Hall during normal business hours. We accept cash, money orders and checks only. We cannot accept debit or credit card payments at the counter. You may use our online payment system for debit or credit card payments (a transaction fee will apply).
