Automatic Payments by eCheck

eCare LogoFrom eCARE, select Automatic payments. This will forward you to a secure third-party website (Paymentus) that allows you to establish a payment account and payment schedule.

There is no cost to you to pay your water/sewer bill via direct withdrawal from your checking or savings account.

Credit Card Pay By Phone

Use our automated phone system to pay using your Visa or MasterCard (debit/credit card). This option is available 24/7. Please call (855)570-0995 and follow the prompts to make a payment. Payments are limited to $250 per transaction and a $3.95 service fee will apply for each transaction. Multiple payments will be required for bills over $250.

A drive-up payment drop box is also located in the City Hall parking lot. If you are paying on the date the bill is due, do not leave your payment in the drop box- bring it to the Customer Services Counter to ensure that your account will be credited the same day.


You can pay your water/sewer utility bill at the Customer Services counter at City Hall during normal business hours. We accept cash, money orders and checks only. We cannot accept debit or credit card payments at the counter. You may use our online payment system for debit or credit card payments (a transaction fee will apply).

24/7 Using PayNearMe at 7-Eleven

For your convenience, you can now make a cash payment on your utility bill 24/7 at any 7-Eleven location. On the back side of your utility bill, you will notice a barcode with instructions on how to make a payment. You must take your payment stub with you. Payments made before 11:50 p.m. will post to your account the next business day.
