Charlie Loach, Pamela Haan, and Mark C. Jackson have known this for many, many years, yet until now, have they rarely found the delicate balance of voice and acoustic guitars, the perfect songs, the precise harmonies, to strive for that transcendent moment on stage (or in the living room) that lifts them and their audience to a higher ground. As with those great West Coast Troubadours that came before, they insist on sharing their intimacy in song with everyone. Separately, they have been an integral part of the San Diego music scene for years and now, they bring their unique musical styles together, creating the sound of Outliers.
