Water Exercise

A reservation system has been created in order to comply with State and County regulations and adhere to social distancing protocols.  Masks will be required for admittance to the Swim Center and worn outside of the pool only. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Water exercise is a low-impact workout for any ability. Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. (The area is reserved from 9 to 10:30 a.m. for participants.) The class is held in the shallow end (water level is four feet); advanced swimming skills are not required. Daily admission is required.  

Please note that each class has a 14-person maximum; each person is limited to 2 classes per week.  

NEW! Reservations will be by phone for classes beginning July 13. The first day to reserve those classes is Tuesday, June 30. Call 858-668-4680 to reserve a spot.

Online reservations are still available for water exercise classes between June 29 and July 9; after July 13 there not be online signups.

Class Schedule

Reservations are available in two-week blocks. No same day reservations. The deadline for reservations in one day in advance. (Ex: for a Tuesday reservation, the last day to reserve is Monday.)
