Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 6:00 pm via Zoom: Specific Plan Amendment (SPA) 19-002/Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 19-002: a proposal amend the South Poway Specific Plan (SPSP) to allow wireless communication facilities to have a maximum height of 90 feet with approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) from the City Council.  Additionally, CUP 19-002 will be discussed which is a proposal to construct and operate a wireless communication facility consisting of an approximately 90-foot-tall faux pine tree and equipment enclosure on property with a Light Industrial/Outside Storage (LI/S) land use designation in the SPSP area located at 13875 Kirkham Way.  The Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) of the property for which CUP 19-002 is proposed is 323-501-02.  SPA19-002 Neighborhood Meeting Notice April 8, 2021
