Please keep in mind that response time for reviews may take longer than normal. Inspection services for current construction projects will continue to be provided.

The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Division is responsible for the design and construction of all City projects, including the City's Annual Street Maintenance and Street Overlay project. All City construction projects are bid through a competitive bid process. Bid packets for projects currently being bid are available through the Construction Bid Manager website: ebidboard, or may be purchased at the Development Services Department located on the 1st floor at 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, California 92064.
