City of Poway

The process of renting city facilites, park activity fields, or gymnasiums consists of steps summarized below. A staff member can help you with your particular event. Please contact Community Services at 858-668-4595 for more details.

  1. Select facility.
  2. Review availability (only facility calendars online.)
  3. Fill out application and pay deposit, in person at Community Services Office located in City Hall, 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway CA 92064.
  4. Pay fees (consisting of facility hourly rate, processing fees, and insurance as applicable) provide proof of insurance and security as required no later than 14 days prior to rental date.

FACILITY USE fees vary by category of organization as follows:

A: Local Public Agency (City & PUSD)
B: LPA social / Non-resident PA meetings
C: NP Social / Youth Leagues / PA Affiliates / Poway Chamber of Commerce
D: Resident
E: Resident Local Business / Non-resident Non-profit
F: Non-resident individual and business
N/A: Indicates facilitiy is NOT AVAILABLE for use by certain categories of organizations
